  • Flavor – Traditional, Margherita-Style or West-Coast Style
  • Cup and char – Minimal vs. deep
  • Species – Pork and/or beef combinations
    • Pork and Beef is regarded as the gold standard as it specifies a 30% minimum of beef
    • Pork, Beef allows for value formulations with its requirement to simply contain more pork than beef
  • Color – Mild orange to red
  • Slice count – Ranging from thin to thick, including our signature True Count
    • True Count Pepperoni always delivers the count we list and means more pizzas per case and more revenue
  • Diameter – Narrow to sandwich-style
