Custom formulation. Are custom products available for my specific needs?

Yes. Burke's research and development group has extensive experience in formulating custom products for manufacturer product development teams and other customers. Minimum order requirements apply. For more information please visit R&D Expertise.

Shipping. Does Burke offer direct shipment?

We can ship directly to your production facility or work with distributor partners in your area. Please Contact Us for more information.

Minimum orders. What is the minimum order for direct shipments?

Burke's minimum for direct shipments is 2000 pounds. Smaller orders are generally facilitated through foodservice distributors.

Pricing. Can you send me a price list for Burke meats?

Please contact the Burke sales manager for your region to discuss pricing and availability.

Samples. How can I sample Burke products?

Contact the Burke sales manager for your region or complete our Sample Request Form and we will work with you to find the right product for your application.

Packaging. Is bulk packaging available?

Burke's standard bulk packaging is 20, 30 or 40 lb boxes. We also offer bulk-pack combos (totes) and 25 or 30 lb bags in combos. Foodservice packaging is also available.

Child Nutrition. Are CN products available?

Yes, Burke offers Child Nutrition (CN) toppings, as well as having experience with commodity product processing. Please contact us for more information.

Food Safety. What are Burke's food safety qualifications?

As part of our rigorous food safety and audit program, Burke is proud of its SQF 2000 – Level 3 Certification. This comes from the Safe Quality Food Institute (SQFI), a globally trusted, recognized and accepted food safety and quality program. SQF 2000 – Level 3 is the most stringent and highest level certification awarded by SQFI.

Shelf life. What shelf life may I expect for Burke meats?

Shelf life varies by product species, storage conditions and other variables. However, when kept frozen, most Burke meats have a shelf life of 6 months maximum.

Specs and Nutritionals. Where can I find specs and nutritionals for my products?

Product specifications and nutritionals may be requested from customer service at sales_info@burkecorp.com. Please include the product code number(s) in your inquiry.

Certificate of Insurance. Where can I get a copy of your Certificate of Insurance?

Please contact Customer Service at sales_info@burkecorp.com for a copy of our Certificate of Insurance.

Confidentiality. Will my formulation and other information be kept confidential?

Yes. We know your information is important to you, and that is important to us. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all recipes, orders, and other customer information. In fact, most product development projects start with a confidentiality agreement.

Benefits. What are the benefits of fully cooked meat vs. raw meat?
